Design on a Dime just turned 20, and let’s just say—she still knows how to throw a party. This year’s philanthropic design extravaganza pulled out all the stops in support of Housing Works, bringing together a powerhouse lineup of designers, brands, and bold creative energy. Among the standout stars? Interior designer Isabel Ladd, who delivered a room so fabulously over-the-top, it could only have been born under the Brunschwig & Fils banner.
As a proud sponsor of the event, Brunschwig & Fils unveiled the Brunschwig & Fils Bazaar—a technicolor dreamscape of five wildly whimsical rooms, each drenched in wall-to-wall Brunschwig. It was maximalism at its most joyful, and Isabel’s space brought the drama with a story that felt like a movie waiting to happen.

Her room told the tale of a starlet winding down after a whirlwind week of auditions and poolside parties. Think: vintage Hollywood meets boho glam. Surrounded by an explosion of Brunschwig, our heroine luxuriates in her jewel-box studio—chatting with her best friend, playing dress up with her dog, and unapologetically enjoying dinner in bed. Every corner of the room was a love letter to effervescence, indulgence, and the little luxuries that make life feel like a scene from a film.
It was a space designed to surprise and delight—and it absolutely delivered.
