To our extended Kravet family,

For the past 102 years, my family has considered the interior design community to be an extension of our personal family. As we begin our second week of acclimating to a new routine amid these unprecedented circumstances, I wanted to reach out to you directly to let you know that we at Kravet Inc. hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. Life seems to have been put on pause for many, but we know that there are also many of you that are still hard at work, so we want to reassure you that we are as well.

The duration of this is uncertain, but one thing you can count on is the reliability of Kravet Inc. as your partner in design.


Our warehouses are shipping goods daily; our freight partners continue to deliver to our customers nationwide; and our customer service and sales teams are all comfortable and safe at home with all the tools to service you remotely.


You can continue to place orders as usual, and if you do not have somewhere to ship the product, we will hold it for you for as long as you need and release it once you have a confirmed point of delivery. Our customer service team can flag any fabric, trim, wallpaper or decorative accessory that is stocked in our U.S. warehouse for you. We will take your order, process the payment, pack it up and hold until we receive your shipping instructions.

We will also gladly hold for shipment your furniture and carpet orders until we receive your shipping instructions.
